A romantic escape in the eternal city
helpful staff excellent piano tall windows superb cleanliness
I found the staff to be helpful and polite. They addressed my needs promptly. The hotel's bar had an excellent grand piano where a pianist played beautiful music, i LOVED it. My room included tall windows that could open, this allowed fresh air to circulate. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was superb. It added to the feeling of luxury.
The air conditioning made quite a bit of noise, it was sometimes difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel features a pool where i relaxed and cooled off during warm afternoons, it provided a welcome respite. There is also a gym that features modern equipment, allowing guests to continue their fitness routines while traveling.

The hotel enjoys a quiet location, while still being conveniently close to public transportation options such as bus terminals. Many nice restaurants and shops are within walking distance, this allows easy exploration of the local area. Major attractions are also easily accessible.

helpful receptionists professional bar dingy room missing facilities
the receptionists were very helpful. they explained everything from sites to see. the bar man was great, he was fun and professional.
our room felt dark and dingy. the whole room was decorated in greys and browns. there was no complimentary water in the rooms. there also was no tea or coffee asking facilities.

super clean room private area good hot tub
i found my room always super clean. the junior suite hot tub split level had two levels. this offered a private area. the hot tub was a good treat after long days.
the elevators had a delay.

wide selection metro station helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was quite good. It offered a wide selection of items. The location is near a metro station, so travel was easy. Staff at the reception were helpful.
The air conditioning was a bit loud at night, disturbing my sleep a little.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
relaxing bar varied breakfast convenient location
The hotel featured a pool and a gym. The hotel bar offered a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was included and provided many options. The location allowed easy access to Trattoria Breccia, providing an ideal walk to a great meal.
The spa closed early at 8pm, so I missed the opportunity to use it.

The room included large bright windows. The room was nice and cool after a really hot day. The showers provided very good and powerful water flow. This made for refreshing experiences after sightseeing.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They returned a lost hat. Staff provided prompt service at the bar and lounge. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed, showing good attention to detail.

The location was convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel offered easy access to landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and Parthenon. Rome Termini was also a manageable walk from the hotel, about 15 minutes.
